BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 117 Forest Avenue, being on the northwest line of Forest Avenue northeast of Frazier Avenue. Lot 20 and part of lot 19, Lindsay's Second Subdivision of Hill City, as shown by plat of record in plat book 3, page 37, ROHC, and part of lot 2, block 1, Frazier's Addition No. 1 to Hill City, as shown by plat of record in plat book 4, page 16, ROHC; being the property described in deed book 4429, page 143, ROHC. Tax Map No. 135E-C-21, 22, and 23. from R-3 Residential Zone to RT-1 Residential Townhouse Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Subject to no back-out parking on Forest Avenue; 2. Subject to approval of access by the City Traffic Engineer. 3. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as required by law.
